Day Skipper & Coastal Skipper / Yacht Master Offshore
These courses will provide the theoretical knowledge to navigate a yacht at sea. The certificate indicates that the student has understood the theory but has not yet taken a practical course.
The topics covered in Coastal Skipper / Yachtmaster Offshore are at a higher level than the Day Skipper course. This course is not suitable for people with no experience of navigation and sea sailing.
No of sessions: To a total of 40 hrs

Cost: £50 per 8 hour day + £25 courses pack
*A minimum of 4 people is required for the courses to run.
DSC VHF Radio courses
Radio courses are possible as an add-on to shore based courses, or as individual courses.
